Terms of Service

01. Intellectual Property

All strategic and visual assets developed by MOVA Studio remain the exclusive intellectual property of the studio until the final project settlement is settled in full. Full copyright transfer occurs automatically upon the clearance of final payment. Unauthorized use of draft assets or pre-settlement deliverables is strictly prohibited.

02. Scope & Capital Efficiency

Each engagement model includes a predefined number of strategic revisions. Requests outside the initial Project Brief or agreed Service Agreement will be classified as "Scope Creep" and subject to additional hourly consulting fees. This ensures the Capital Efficiency of the studio and maintains the speed of delivery for all clients.

03. Financial Integrity

MOVA Studio operates on a milestone-based payment structure. A non-refundable strategic deposit (40-50%) is required to initiate any work. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in project suspension and late administrative penalties. Professional clarity in finance is a hallmark of our operational excellence.

04. Strategic Methodology

Projects follow a rigid high-fidelity lifecycle:
Phase A: Market Intelligence & Research
Phase B: Strategic Architecture & Narrative
Phase C: Visual Engineering & 3D Execution
Phase D: Final Asset Delivery & Implementation Support

05. Confidentiality & Data

MOVA Studio guarantees absolute confidentiality regarding proprietary business data processed through our Hybrid Intelligence framework. Client data points used for competitive analysis will never be shared with third parties or utilized for subsequent client projects without explicit written consent.

06. Project Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In the event of early termination, MOVA Studio retains the deposit and reserves the right to invoice for all completed work percentages up to the termination date. All produced IP remains with MOVA Studio in such cases.
